Construction process

--Base coat

Apply the one-component adhesive or primer evenly to the cement foundation with a roller brush;

--Elastic layer

Before the primer is cured, the one-component adhesive and black rubber particles are proportioned according to the specified ratio, and fully stirred with a mixer. Transported to the paving place, paving with paver according to the specified thickness; after curing, it becomes the elastic layer.

--Anti-seepage layer

With a two-component hybrid runway special paving materials A, B component materials in accordance with the specified proportion of proportioning, mixing, and remember to add an appropriate amount of chemicals according to the temperature and humidity changes, composed of hybrid runway special paving composite material, in which to add an appropriate amount of quartz sand for the batch of sealing the bottom, pending its curing.

--Anti-slip wear-resistant surface

At present, there are two kinds of practices of spreading particles and spraying: spreading particles process is in the elastic layer above the batch thickness of 2 millimeters of integrated material, manually sprinkled evenly on the EPDM particles or PU particles, and then sprayed with a layer of reinforcing adhesive. To be cured will not adhere to the surface of the excess EPDM particles swept away and finally sprayed on top of a layer of reinforcing adhesive; spraying process is to add the appropriate amount of spray material EPDM particles stirred evenly, directly with special spraying equipment. The spraying process is to mix the spraying material with the appropriate amount of EPDM adhesive particles and spray it directly on the surface of the elastic layer with the special spraying equipment.

CEBU Sports Center in the Philippines, one of the cooperation projects between our company and the Philippine government, is a composite structure running track.

Nanjing Sports Institute Gymnasium

The track and field stadium of Nanjing Sports Institute is one of the projects that our company was responsible for in the early days. The field was first laid in 2001, consisting of a red EPDM surface layer and a black SBR granule base layer, and has been in use for more than 10 years.

Jiangxi Fuzhou Sports Center

Fuzhou Sports Center, is our company's early years of projects. The field was paved in June, 2006, with a composite structure of the running track.
